As humans on this earth, it's essential to stay hydrated. The first time I came across Liquid I.V. was at Costco. I sampled it and was pretty impressed on not only the taste, but the science behind it. Below is a breakdown of what Cellular Transport Technology (CTT) is.

I'd like to think that I drink enough water during the day, but it's very easy to lose track of your water intake. And even if you think you drink enough water, Liquid I.V. provides hydration 2-3x faster and more efficiently than water alone. What I love about it is that it's less sugar and calories than Gatorade and it has 3x more electrolytes! My personal favorites are the Hydration Multiplier: Lemon Lime and the Energy Multiplier: Lemon Ginger which has a blend of Matcha and Guayusa. As someone who works out often, I always carry a few sticks in my bag. This is also perfect to drink when you're traveling, going hiking, and even lounging under the sun at the beach. My mom on the other hand is pretty stubborn when it comes to drinking water. I can definitely count on Liquid I.V. to be a drink anyone can enjoy because there are multiple flavors as well as different uses whether it's hydration, energy, or for sleep.

Another reason I love and support Liquid I.V is because of their mission. They are here to change the world - to help people everywhere live better lives. They develop highly effective and functional products, they giveback by donating a serving to someone in need around the world for every purchase someone makes, and aim to develop more responsible packaging and reducing the environmental and social impact of their operations.
